  • Assist customers with the implementation of AVEVA software.

  • Configure AVEVA software at customer sites to map their specific processes.

  • Conduct workshops and key user training sessions on-site.

  • Support existing customers with technical issues and resolve faults and user problems, sometimes in collaboration with software developers.

  • Incorporate customer feedback and requirements into the further development of software components.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and continue to develop your product portfolio.

Your skills and experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in plant engineering or plant planning.

  • Practical knowledge of common planning tools such as AVEVA, Hexagon, Eplan, COMOS, Aucotec, AutoCAD Plant, Cadison, etc.

  • Proficient in German and English (C1 level) for effective communication with customers and partners.

  • Enthusiastic about learning new software to find the best solutions for customers.

  • Capable of working independently, efficiently managing your schedule, and proactively planning your workweek.

  • Experience in a fully remote team, or a strong desire to work remotely if not currently supported by your employer.

What you can look forward to:

We maintain a cordial working relationship and genuinely recognise each individual's contributions. We offer a lot to ensure a great working and living environment, including:

  • A respectful, community-oriented atmosphere in an appreciative team.

  • Flexible working hours and a fully remote model, with occasional on-site work at customer locations.

  • Opportunities for independent work and organisational development.

  • Modern workplace equipment for efficient task completion.

  • A fair, performance-related salary based on your experience and skills.
